We do not carry stretchers or wheelchairs that cannot fold, we do not provide medical assistance, and we are not an ambulance service. If you can walk to the car, we are a good fit. If you need clinical support in transit, you need a specialist provider.

Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons people use RoverZoom. Book both legs in advance so the return is arranged before you go in.
What if my appointment runs late?
Contact us and we will move the pickup. Your fare does not change because the ride ran later than planned — it is locked at booking.
Will the driver wait for me?
Your driver is assigned to your booking, not passing through. If you are a few minutes behind, they are there. For longer waits it is better to book the return as a separate ride.
Can someone else book the ride for me?
Yes. Put the rider's name and mobile number on the booking so the confirmation and tracking link reach the person actually travelling.
