Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of RoverZoom, a scheduled ride service operating in Palm Beach County, Florida, provided by Bibior, Inc. By booking a ride you accept them.

Who can book

You must be 18 or over to book a ride. You may book on behalf of someone under 18 only if you are their parent or legal guardian, and you are responsible for arranging appropriate supervision for that journey. You confirm this when you book.

What we do

RoverZoom takes bookings for rides scheduled in advance and assigns a driver to them. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Bibior, Inc.

Your price is locked

The fare shown when you book is the fare you pay. It does not change because of traffic, because the route was longer than estimated, or because demand rose. There is no surge pricing.

The fare covers the ride as booked. If you change the destination during the trip, or ask the driver to wait substantially beyond the pickup time, the fare may be adjusted and we will tell you before charging anything further.

Paying

You can pay by card, by Zelle, or in cash to the driver. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive or store your card number. Cash is paid directly to your driver at the end of the ride.

Changes and cancellations

You can cancel a booking before the ride begins, from the tracking link we text you or by contacting us. We may also cancel a ride — for example if no driver is available, if the pickup is outside our service area, or if we cannot safely complete it. If we cancel a ride you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

We may need to change your driver before pickup. Your fare and your pickup time do not change when that happens.

Conduct

Riders and drivers are expected to treat each other with basic courtesy. A driver may decline or end a ride where they reasonably believe it is unsafe to continue — including where the rider appears to be an unaccompanied minor, is intoxicated to the point of risk, or behaves threateningly. We may decline future bookings from anyone who behaves abusively toward a driver.

Text messages

When you book, we text you a confirmation and, when a driver accepts, a live tracking link. These are messages about your own ride, not marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.

What we do not promise

We work hard to have a driver at your pickup on time, and scheduling in advance is the whole point of the service. Even so, traffic, weather and vehicle problems happen. We do not guarantee arrival at a specific minute, and we are not liable for consequential losses such as a missed flight or a missed appointment. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the fare paid for the ride in question.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

Driving with RoverZoom

Drivers must hold a valid licence and current insurance, provide the documents we ask for, and be approved by us before carrying passengers. We may suspend a driver at any time where we believe rider safety requires it. Driver earnings and payment terms are set out in the driver application.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Rides already booked are governed by the terms in force when they were booked.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
